Attorney Bennett is a partner of the firm. Mr. Bennett is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and is admitted to the the State of Florida Bar, Commonwealth of Massachusetts Bar, the United States District Court – Middle District of Florida and the United States District Court – District of Massachusetts. Attorney Bennett is a graduate of University of Florida and the University of Miami School of Law.

Attorney Bennett practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, employment litigation, real estate and landlord/tenant law, construction litigation, and special education law. Attorney Bennett’s clients range from individuals to Fortune 500 companies.  He currently serves on the Civil Litigation Section Council of the Massachusetts Bar Association and is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.  Attorney Bennett’s litigation experience is extensive: he has been lead counsel in more than 50 jury trials and more than 100 non-jury trials.
