Attorney Waite joined Corrigan, Bennett & Belfort P.C. in 2004.  Prior to joining the firm she ran her own practice, which focused on residential real estate.  She is admitted to the Bars of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.  She is a graduate of Trinity College and Suffolk University Law School. Attorney Waite is also an active member of the Women’s Real Estate Network.

Attorney Waite specializes in real estate law and oversees the firm’s residential closing operations. Her clients include several banks and mortgage companies.
